I keep getting this message constantly especially when I connect to Wi-Fi, I keep on having to close the message by clicking on the close app. I've already contacted three and got a SIM swap but it's still there. I've tried o2 SIM on the s8 and it still comes up with the message of service provider update has stopped. I bought the phone on 7 May and already getting this constant problem maybe every 20 30 mins please help

Hi I'm getting the same error on my s8 plus,
I called EE and they said it's not one of their services and to call Samsung,
EE are sending me a new SIM to try but I can see u have already tried that,
I have also tried factory reset but the error comes back, Glad to see I'm not the only one with this error , please post on here if you manage to resolve it- thanks
i have the same message on my s8+ and i tried to clear all app Cache But i still have the same Problem every some Hours . i send my device to Samsung Service Point in Amsterdam But when it came back i still have the same problem ( Service provider has been stopped ) !!!!!!

Hi yes I have tried everything from new SIM card, wipe cache and factory reset and it still comes back,
What network are you on?
Did you turn on file encryption?
Mine only seemed to start since I turned on knox and deactivated it

i have tried to have access to developer options and root my phone also unroot it and install any software from another country but the problem is still happening 🤔 That's big problem I think hope Samsung solve it in the next android Oreo for our Samsung s8+
