I keep getting this message constantly especially when I connect to Wi-Fi, I keep on having to close the message by clicking on the close app. I've already contacted three and got a SIM swap but it's still there. I've tried o2 SIM on the s8 and it still comes up with the message of service provider update has stopped. I bought the phone on 7 May and already getting this constant problem maybe every 20 30 mins please help
You can force stop this in apps. Not had it all day for 1st time ever. If you turn your phone off and back on it'll start again though. Just need a way to uninstall it *****
Yes it's very annoying how my £800 pound phone freezes and errors all the time when switching from 4g to Wi-Fi,
Oh and don't even get me started on Bixby!! That might come out one day too,
Perhaps a few posts to the press on another faulty release premium phone may speed up things!!!
I have talked to Samsung and after a weak they say it's a new problem !! ( i have it since i have bought my phone from two months ) and they could not find any solution untill this time

Tell you what, the only way for you to avoid having this screen freeze is to get another ***** phone. I have given up hope on samsung rectifying this issue. Im serious.
