S8 plus screen lock (pin) not recognized

My Samsung s8 plus wont recognize my pin to unlock the screen . I'm using face recognition to unlock at the moment. I have tried going to display settings,  to change pin number but it's asking for my old pin. How do I fix this please

Please login your Samsung Account on this link:

https://findmymobile.samsung.com/

Please click Unlock.

Back on your phone, you may set a new PIN.

Hello

After Unlocking my mobile using the Samsung Account, for some reason, I cannot set a new PIN code, format or password and therefore I'm not able to any biometric recognition such as fingerprint or face recognition.

I appreciate assistance what should I do in order to set it again like it used to be before.
