Has any one resolved this issue yet I have followed every guide the phone is only 4 months old still taking 5 hours to charge
Assuming fast charge is turned On in the phones settings can I ask if you’ve tried another official Samsung Charging brick and data cable @Terry16v ?
Can you try your own current charger with another Samsung phone ?
Are you in a position to try a wireless pad or desktop stand that has fast charging features that are compatible with your phone ?
A Samsung Service Location would be able to run a diagnostic on the phone and charging brick and data cable for you.
