S8 notification banner

hi I've had my s8 for a few weeks now and I have a small problem that's driving me nuts. I can't get Facebook notification banners on the lock screen. My phone says they're enabled and push is on on the app. I get banners for messenger and everything else that i want them for. Just wondering if anyone can help solve this? Thanks in advance.

Are you still having these issues?

Let’s try a soft reboot, to do this, press and hold the Power and Volume Down button for around 10 seconds until the phone restarts.

Hi yes I am. I reset the apps and I had notifications for a few hours, then they stopped again. I've just done the soft reboot. What does that do? Thanks for helping

Hi, I still have no banners.

Let's try: Settings > Apps > Facebook > Notifications > On Lock Screen > Show Content.

Please also ensure that 'Show Silently' is not enabled.
