at least not for me. Was having a few issues with my S8 phone like low call volume and samsung pass app not opening. Backed up everything possible on samsung cloud including documents. Photos backed up on Google photos.
fyer factory reset everything seems to have come back including contacts, photos, apps, samsung pass but no documents. And now when I go to settings; account and backup I can't find a restore option to do it manually. Really can't see a manual backup option either. And there is no samsung cloud to go into either.
