On my s8 calls been working fine since I got it 6 weeks ago all of a sudden the other person on the line to me can't hear me at all. It's mute. Nothing has changed it just did it by itself and reset isn't working. Please help.
Is this now happening with all calls ?
is there any debris in the mic ?
If it continues with all calls everywhere so it’s not an issue with Network connection then a Samsung Service Location would need to take a look at it @Cath85
