I have the S8+ I love it but I can't send MMS, every time I try get message saying sending failed. Anyone any suggestions as to how I can fix this please.

Brilliant I'm with giffgaff too Jeanie and I know what the issue is, it's the settings giffgaff send you they're for some reason not working with Samsungs and I had to tweek mine to the O2 Pay & Go APN (don't worry nothing changes except the ability to send MMS messages, here's the settings you need here (the setup will slightly different on your phone as it was mine) but the settings are what you need to setup a new APN, here the settings here Samsung MMS settings giffgaff. If you get stuck let me know.

For mms messages to send you need Mobile Data turned On in the phones settings and a decent 3g signal. 

 

As mms isnt typically part of a persons texting allowance networks charge to send them so if your on pay as you go i.e. you top up every month youll need credit. 

 

Also some people's contracts needs provisioning for mms which your networks customer service people eed to do.
