When answering a call person on other side can't hear me unless I put phone on loud speaker or put headphones in, same for ask Google or Bixby
Try a soft reboot by turning the phone Off and On.
Ensure no debris is in the mic or any case or screen shield is hindering the ports.
If not then a Samsung Service Location would be able to run a diagnostic on the device.
