[S8] incoming number always unknown

Hi samsung folks..

So i bought an s8 in australia and i went back home (France) 

But since i m here (in France) every incoming calls i got shows as unknown even if i have them in my contacts .

I can t find a way out.

i did call those punks in samsung france but the person i had was completely clueless .

So you folks are my last hope please help me

Hi chris 

Yeah i did it was nothing but my sim card 

For some reason my sim card didn t want to get the outgoing calls 

You can close it 

And if yeah some person have the same issues just contact your operator and ask for new sim card
