S8 G950U (US spec) software updates in UK

Hi

 

I have a G950U and have been using since buying it (second hand) in March without problem. However I have been waiting for the Android 9 update which has never arrived, and have now noticed that all software and security has not been udated since July 2018.

 

When I try to update the software it says I have the latest version, so is obviously not registering for the updates. Any idea how I can fix this please?

What is your current firmware version?

 

Did you try factory reset?

Hi

 

I'm running Samsung Experience level 9.0 and Android v8.0.0. Android security patch level is July 1, 2018.

I reset the phone a while back and it didnt help.
