S8 cant view photos full screen

Hi can anyone help when I take a photo and go to view it in gallery I still have big black sides can't get it to go full screen no matter what. Can anyone help

Hey @Denise2. This is an inbuilt feature and can't be amended. Hope this clarifies things for you.
