S7 satnav apps. Horrible screeching noise

I get horrible screeching noise when S7 satnav apps (have tried 3 different ones) attempt to give voice instructions..Any ideas, solutions?

I have this too on my s8. Started yesterday on sat navs. Same on voice alarm clock. Music etc is fine

Thanks for suggestion. Managed to wipe cache partition but problem still persists. Was thinking of buying a new phone so may be accelerated into it!

Yep same for me clearing partition cache had no effect.
