Hi all,
Need some opinions. My girlfriend paid to have her screen replaced on S7 in Annecy by point service mobile in March.
The other evening we noticed a small purple dot, this then became more dots widespread in varius places over 24hrs.
Is was not dropped etc, do you think this is screen failure.
Asking as only option is to get it back to Annecy as the shop have got 1 yr warrantay on parts.
If they suspect damage they will require paying again and they charged 190 euros.
They are an official samsung warranty specialist, had no joy contacting Samsung UK, they are not interested as the actual phone is out of warranty.
I have attached pics of the gradual degrading.

Thanks Andrew, the screen is now black. I need to find a local engineer.
