Evening all,
Probably been asked before, but after the 4th Aug all my pictures disappeared from my gallery on my S7. (The day i paid my subscription which went through!)
Checked Samsung cloud and they are there, but can't get the back in my gallery.
Also it won't back up any new photos I've taken.
I've tried all the normal things like clearing data. Even reset my phone and uploaded everything again!
Checked for updates too.
Found a post regarding trying ES file explorer, no joy.
Tried different gallery's too.
Also tried online chat with Samsung, but after getting cut off 3 time from them, I gave up!
Any ideas? Wasn't sure if a new update has caused some issues?
