Bought the phone in june 2016 and had no problems for a year, then the phone would freez and the screen would scramble. then it stated to turn off while having charge still in the battery and it took several tries over severl days for the phone to charge and turn on. But now it wont turn on after turning off which was around 2 weeks ago. i think ive tried all the steps to reboot the phone by pressing and holding buttons. does anybody have any other ideas? Thanks.. i have factory reset the phone 2 or 3 times in the past while having this problem
