S7 edge sound issues

I have a s7 edge which will only play a few seconds of any media file then stops .. continues when restarted but only for a few seconds again........

Also keyboard keeps disappearing mid sentence.....

Have you tried a soft reboot by turning the phone Off and On.

If this was my situation I'd try clearing the system cache first and then if still needed create a back up and factory reset.

If then necessary visit the most local Samsung Service Location.
