Hi @Nelsil

After an update if the phone is not behaving as it should then it's an options to create back ups and Factory Reset.

Also clearing the phones system cache files can help. This is typically achieved by turning the phone Off and then from a set series of button presses which will take you into the System File Cache clear those files.  This process won't affect any of your personal information.

If this continues then put the phone in safe mode which turns off all your downloaded apps and leaves the stock ones alone which can help to determine if an app is causing this situation.

If it continues in safe mode then use a Samsung Service Centre or Samsung Experience Store.

If it stops in safe mode then come out of Safe Mode and ensure your apps are up to date. If they are start deleting your apps with your most recent ones first until the issue stops.

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.

Poeple really need to start reading the update notes. It clearly states that the phone can get hotter in the days after the update.
