S7 edge bluetooth call problem

When using blyetooth to make a call there is a lag and then a message box which says the action "isnt responding, do you want to wait or close" when to press close, the call is cancelled and remakes the call successfully.

What device have you got your S7 edge paired with? Have you tried unpairing and then re-pairing them; or restarting your phone? Also, is everything up to date on your phone - both the software and all of the apps?

My Bluetooth is a Samsung HM3300, I have re paired several times, has been like this since I upgrade from S6 edge, all up to date

Thanks. Try clearing the Bluetooth Share app's cache and data and let us know what effect that has: Apps > Settings > Applications > Application manager > More > Show System Apps > Bluetooth Share > Storage, and Clear Cache and Clear Data.

Hello

I clear the data and cache. It worked for the first call but them failed on the second call. If you call the 'mail' it fails, if you call the '*31#' it works.
