Hi, new to this so sorry if I've posted in the wrong place!
So my s6 died as I was playing a game even though it was at 50% battery life.
It won't turn on and it only responds to the soft reset which is power + volume down but it freezes at the start up screen.
The only other thing that works is power + volume down + home button which is download mode but when connected to the laptop it has trouble recognising the device.
When i put it on charge it doesn't show a battery screen but instead shows the start up screen.
Anybody have any idea?
