S6 ruined after nougat update

My S6 is simply an expensive paperweight now. Since the update a week or so ago, my phone is not operating properly. It'll turn off at random moments, then says I have a totally different % when it comes back on. When I put it on charge, my phone will again say a different %. Wondering if anyone else is having problem? Are samsung aware? Is it being resolved? Can I fix it myself?

If a phone is glitching after an update it's suggested to...

Clear the System Cache.

If that does not help then create a Back up and factory reset.

If no joy then seek assistance via a Samsung Service Location.

Exactly my problem with the April software update. My life has stalled as well... no solution in sight! Samsung should compensate us. Can't clear cache or reset since the phone is not working as you have said! Any solution, thanks in advance.

If your phone's no longer functioning and you can't complete the steps above, we'd suggest heading to your nearest Service Centre to arrange an inspection.
