Whilst connected to handsfree my S6 went offline with the Blue light on (top left corner) and the word SAMSUNG flashing slowly and dully across the screen. All buttons are unresponsive.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Let’s try a soft reboot, to do this, press and hold the Power and Volume Down button for around 5 seconds until the phone restarts.
Let me know how you get on.
