Since ui 3.0 update I can't clear cache by pressing volume up and on/off Bixby button. It doesn't work when I insert headphones as I was advised

hello, I have faced the same problem. you need to connect the phone to your PC and it will work.

I've also heard you can plug in the AKG USB C headphones that came with your device and that will also work although I've never tested it myself

I tried this and it didn't work, I even saw a YouTube 'how to' video but it just hasn't worked
