Bought my s8 mid June this year. The left side of thr AKG headphones that came with my S8 is no longer working. Can I get a replacement please as I have a 2 year valid warranty.

try and get in touch with the staff or like the online chatroom on here and tell them everything, they will ask for all info about when u bought it and stuff, eventually they will tell you to email an address and within a week or two they will send you a new set, thats how i fixed it anyway

Hey thanks for that i live Australia. UK has better support i guess i spoke to your colleague in australia they cant replace it seems. But in UK they said it can be replaced. Strange why region makes such a difference.
