Samsung Note still not synchronizing with Samsung Cloud

What is the model code of your Note?

If you head to http://www.samsungapps.com/appquery/appDetail.as?appId=com.samsung.android.scloud on your phone, you will be able to download an APK that should help to resolve this.

Hi Kelly 

My phone isn't Note series. It's galaxy s7 edge.  Running official early release of Android 7. Update OTA after beta test ended.  The link you provided gives me error (attached screenshot1 )

The error 2hen syncing with cloud can be seen on second screenshot. 

I as well noticed randomly occurring errors on the forum itself when replying to posts. On top I had few times a Red Banner saying "Error ocured...."

Other bug a bit more annoying is that every time I touch on text entry frame to reply it takes me down to the bottom of page. To avoid it I have to touch and hold on a frame so keyboard appears.

Ah, sorry for the confusion, you mentioned Samsung Note and we thought you were referring to the model code. We can see now that the Samsung Notes section isn't syncing. 

We're looking into what is happening here and will get back to you as soon as we can.
