Probs after update

Software update came through this morning and installed fine. Since then my call quality is awful and have problems connecting car via BT, which has been fine before today.

On calls I have terrible audio, I've been asked.more than a few.times today am I calling from underwater!

Anyone else having issues since today's update?

Which update did your phone recieve @Jostro65 


Sometimes when an update happens not all apps optimise for a few days or the developer of the app needs contacting to let them know of the issues.


Please have a quick look in your Playstore.


Sometimes turning the phone off and then from a set series of button presses go into the phones system files and clear the cache files helps. No info is lost this way.


Or as a very last resort back up and factory reset after removing any relevant Sd card.


The calling issue may not be attached to the update.


Please check any mic for debris or lint and ensure your in a good signal area.


A Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre can run a diagnostic test on the phone.
