Problem with the Badge function on my Galaxy SIII Neo

Hello, The WhatsApp icon on my Galaxy SIII Neo shows, by mistake, a certain number of messages as not read, so, in order to fix this wrong notification, I uninstalled the WhatsApp application and installed it again but in vain, the wrong notification remains as before. Any suggestion?

My problem is solved! Today I switched on my smartphone and noticed that the not read messages number notification is correct  😊
