Try clearing your browser cache. Go to settings, apps, select your browser, storage and clear cache.

Thank you. I did that, but no go. But I found by accident looking in the settings, browsing history. to lock it. And it's worked

Well it came back with a vengeance, now states has no cookies. When I press the lock top left.
