With a telephony headset plugged into my s8 Jack socket, I'm barely hearing the csller's voice. Volume is set to max. Caller can hear me fine. When I unplug headset I can hear caller fine, with or without speaker phone on. I can hear music (eg through Play Music) fine through the headset. Headset works fine on phone calls on my wife's S9. This is the 2nd headset I've had the same issue with. Any ideas?
