Usually hooking up a phone to a computer using a data cable makes the phone be seen as a portable storage device but this usually includes having to allow the connection by pressing on a pop up on the screen which I appreciate you cant.
You could try various types of software or look to see if you backed them up to places like Samsung Cloud or Google Photo's etc.
