please help get my g3 to see wifi when away from a hub. it used to work

As per title. G3 used to connect automatically when out of house, I was able to read mails, send receive WhatsApp etc but not now.

can anybody please advise settings to use

I assume your talking about automatic connection within range of your Router?

Try forgetting your connection and then make a fresh connection that sometimes sorts things out.

No sorry, I am asking about having the ability to connect to internet when not anywhere near ny router or any other router . I could until recently but something changed in settings I presume and I am unable to find what has changed, thanks.
