@Geoffbb: If you swipe from the top of the screen to the bottom and enable Location and WiFi (or mobile data if you're out of range of a router) then open the Phone app > Places > Tap 'My Location' (it may say 'location not available' > Type your current location > Done, this should populate the list of location categories.
