Pin code not working

Hello so today I encounted my dad's phones pin code not working. The pin-code was 100% right. After typing the code, the phone just goes back to the lock screen. I can't even close the phone.

Please give the phone a soft reset.

Press and hold the (volume down + power) buttons until the phone restarts.

No data will be lost.

Same! My Galaxy A51 just stopped recognising my pin today and I'm locked out. I know my pin is 100% right but Samsung says it's not. Now I can't access my phone at all or even turn it off. May be a bug? Wish i knew how to fix without factory reset that will loose all my stuff.

I have this issue too and soft reset doesnt work - still doesnt recognise my pin bug i know my pin is correct.

@Members_RY7bDP1: Try signing in to Find My Mobile on an internet browser using the Samsung Account details that are registered to your A51, and you should be able to remotely unlock the phone from here.
