Hello I've just deleted some really important pictures I have a Samsung s7 I don't know how to get them back they an it backed up either, is they any way I can get them back

How well do you know your phone ?? Go into device care DON'T RUN IT. Now navigate to storage and click it ... analyse files ... it should show you the recycle bin and how many files. From there you should have the option to restore them

I've had this phone a while but don't really know everything,

Go into settings. Scroll down to battery and device care then into storage... this will give a breakdown of the files and how big they are.. somewhere near the bottom of the list will be the recycle bin. It will tell you how many files are there. Click the recycle bin folder and see if your pictures are there

Go into gallery app, and in the bottom right corner there is there lines.. tap that and it should show recycle bin..
