Can anyone help? My S7 keeps overheating and switching off. Sometimes on charge and off charge too. It will come back on but will keep switching off again when I try to use it.
Hi @brokenbird. How much internal storage do you have left available? We recommend there is at least 10% to ensure your phone is running smoothly. This can be found in Settings > Storage. Are you using the original charger that came supplied with the phone too?
