Hi can anybody help, I have a Galaxy J4 and have been using Phone Link for some time with no problem. Recently the "Open Phone Screen" has stopped working but everything else is fine. I have tried on two different computers with the same effect so suspect it is an issue with the phone. Both Microsoft and Samsung apps are up to date. Have tried resetting everything but nothing seems to work. Microsoft as usual unable to help.

Hello Whitebeard1, as the Samsung Galaxy J4 is out of support from 2019 so it may be that Phone Link is no longer available with the Galaxy J4 or you have to download Link to Windows. I may be wrong as I don't own a Samsung Galaxy J4 but I do own a Samsung Galaxy J3 2017.

Hi thanks for the response, it is strange that it is only the open phone screen that has stopped working everything else on windows phone link works fine. Open phone did work well for some time.
