Phone calls from GT-E1200 show as private caller. Unable to change this.

My wife's Samsung GT-E1200 calls to other people show as Private Caller to them. I have tried the settings/phone/caller information/  but using either the Hide or Show setting still shows to other people, Private Caller. Can anyone please tell me if this can be changed? My own same model set to Show, functions properly.

Settings
Supplement services
Check show your caller ID
Network Default
Or
Always

Hello Steve. When you say Click on phone app do you Phone in settings in which case I can see no horizontal dots and in Settings, I can see no Supplemental services nor Check show your caller ID. Network default shows On. Brian
