I have a Samsung galaxy J5 MOBILE phone. I would like to know where on the phone can I find a P.D.F. file that I downloaded from the Irish Rail website. It was a train schedule. Where do files go when I download them and how can I locate them.when I download them it dose not say what folder they are located in. Many thanks Brendan

Hi @1wexford. :robothappy:
Not sure which version of the J5 you've got, but try whichever one of the below applies to you:
J5: Apps > Tools > My Files > Download history
J5 2016: Apps > Samsung > My Files > Download history
J5 2017: From the home screen swipe either up or down to access apps > Samsung > My Files > Downloads

You may not have seen it because all the Samsung devices, as well as android ones at all, don't have any built-in software capable of reading nor recognizing pdf. So, you ought to download some app in order to see it, I suppose. For example, I use the one by these guys edit-pdf.pdffiller.com despite it's more about editing pdfs than reading them - it might well be inconvenient to you with the features you probably don't need. Classic Adobe Reader would fit if so too
