outlook notifications

I have a new m31s, but not receiving notifications from Outlook.

I have ticked the usual and badges but still no joy.

Any ideas?

Have you checked within the Outlook app itself that notifications are activated?

found the culprit, it was in battery settings on the app allow background settings to on, and now getting notifications.
