Hello have had my galaxy 8+ only a few weeks and for last 2 days no one can hear me when they call and i try to speak to them. My sound has also gotten very bad on listening to music as well through my headphones and is very faint and no bass at all. I dont think i have changed any settings. I saw a forum with 37 pages of the same complaint re the other person not hearing you speak. Is this a manufacturer problem. I have no cover or anything obstructing the mic. It is intermitent re the problem. Have mainly probs when im outsude not in doors
