Most UK Networks will not discuss firmware push timescales im afraid.

They typically get the firmware from Samsung to test that it does not clash with their Network features and branded phone's and then sign it off for Samsung to push out.

As dates can slip for one reason or another they dont comment.

Best practice is to periodically check your phone's software update section or let the phone tell you when its ready to download.
