OneDrive PopUp - posted "fixes" do not work - NOT SOLVED

Need help to stop repeated OneDrive Pop-ups.   

I followed the other threads, which DO NOT fix the problem.   Settings-Apps-SamsungCloud-Notifications... on my phone... the setting is fixed to "allowed"...  there is NO OPTION to turn notifications off.   I do not have OneDrive on my phone.  

Please help?

Next time when you get a notification popup, keep pressed on it and you have the option to silence it.

"keep pressed on it"???   Press on the pop-up??    I tried that.   Nothing happens.   On the pop-up itself, there are not options but to set up the service.

Is there anyone here that can actually help??
