Offline Speech Recognition Data

My phone is constantly downloading offline speech recognition data.  I never speak into my device other than using the phone, so why do I need it?  And if I don't need it, how do I get rid of it?

What model of phone do you have? Are you able to send us a screenshot of what you're receiving so we can look into this for you?

Solution: Simply cancel the downloading process of Offline Speech Recognition data and restart the downloading process again.
