Notifications

I have had my A20e for a week now and it is driving me mad trying to get the notifications how I want. I just want sound from messages messenger and whats app and just numbers on my app icons for emails and facebook. I have been through every setting on the phone notofications and apps. I give up. Can anybody help please?

@Daisy67: No problem. For the apps your want sound for, head to Settings > Apps > Messages (as an example) > Notifications > General Notifications > Alert (tap to select) > Sound (choose your preferred notification sound) > Vibrate > Off > App Icon Badges > Off. Go back and do the same for New Messages, and you should be good to go. For Emails and Facebook, follow the steps as laid out above, but switch off everything except App Icon Badges.
