After dialing *#0*# after keypad goes and screen come with wallpaper which is first page of my mobile . Thank u sir for reply

Hi please try this command  *#0*# select 'Touch' from the on-screen options and draw a line through all the squares, do you encounter any issues?

I think the next step is to get that screen tested. I would take it to Samsung service centre if still under warranty, otherwise take it to a local repair shop for examination. I think this may be a hardware problem which is not possible to diagnose without seeing the phone. Sorry I can't help you further.
