After trying your own troubleshooting such as rebooting the phone by turning it Off and On and ensuring no case or screen protector is hindering the ports and by using a torch to see if any debris isn’t in the ports (don’t go poking anything in there ) then you may need to let a Samsung Service Location take a look.

hi I have a note 10 plus 5g. Had it for 3 months and yesterday the earpiece seems to developed a fault...I can't hear phone calls unless 8 use the speakerphone otherwise its silence, have tried full factory reset and still will not work...am I missing something or is the phone broke ???
