Note 8 samsung health

I've been trying to setup Samsung health and everytime it comes up with an error  ( unauthorized changes were made to your phone ) and it stops any idea why 

I uninstalled it and reinstalled it I force stopped it as well nth works

Did you triggered knox warranty void bit?

Install the unofficial app phone info and tell me which code does the app report under knox area 0x0 or 0x1?
