I'm attempting to preorder a Note 8 - each time I get to process the payment it fails. I've tried 4 different cards and 2 different browsers. Can't raise Samsung support. Anybody got any suggestions?

Hi if you have a Samsung store nearby it would be worth a visit
I understand that it is a bit of an inconvenience but at least you Will have peace of mind that your order as gone through.
If that is not possible and I was in your position I would avoid to keep trying the automated system and keep trying Samsung support

What device are you using to raise the order ? I'm wondering if some type of security suite or firewall is hindering the process. Content blockers and pop up blockers can cause issues too.

Hi @williaga.
Presuming that you're in the UK and using cards registered here. If so, beyond what DRUIDDOODE and BandofBrothers have suggested, it’s also worth checking that all of your billing details are put in exactly as they appear on your bill statements (it’s highly likely to fall foul of the automated security checks if not).

In the end the service desk suggested using another payment method. I placed the pre-order in the end via PayPal.
