Note 8 Notification Light didn't work well

As we know in WhatsApp we can personalize a personal message and group message by its notification light colour. 

For my case, i set the message notification light to be purple and group notification light to be white. 

But now regardless of incoming personal or group message, i get only purple light. 

Though it doesn't pose much problem, someone please help.

Hello, did you solved the problem? I have the same behavior on my Note 8... not only with wa bur with any app where I set white color as LED notification...
