I have an unlocked xCover Pro and live in the UK.
 SamMobile says there is an update to android 12
see 

but settings -> software update says that my phone is up to date 
settings-> about phone -> software version says my version is SM-G715FN XXS9CV B1 

How do I get my phone updated?

Strange thing is I met a friend same phone, same country and she did get the android 12 update. SamMobile says it was released 30-3-2022 in the uk
